Marie VERGOTE FLORENTIN specializes in competition law and commercial litigation.
Marie joined the firm as an associate in 2025, after completing her initial internship there in 2023.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2025, Marie gained experience in competition law at renowned international law firms (Latham & Watkins, Mayer Brown). Marie also did internship in the legal department of Engie.
Before joining BORREL d’ARCHE, Marie also completed an internship in the legal department of Engie

Deeply committed to the values of solidarity and equality, Marie is involved in several organizations where she actively contributes to awareness-raising, support, and assistance initiatives for the most disadvantaged and underprivileged individuals.
Marie served as an Equality Ambassador for the Fondation des Femmes, where she worked to promote gender equality and raise public awareness about issues related to women’s rights. Since 2019, she has also been involved with the association Petits Frères des Pauvres, supporting isolated elderly people.
