Marie VERGOTE-FLORENTIN specializes in competition law and commercial litigation.
Marie joined the firm as an associate in 2025, after completing her initial internship there in 2023. She advises the firm’s clients on the full range of competition law matters, encompassing both contentious and advisory work.

Alongside her litigation practice, Marie advises businesses on the assessment and management of competition risks relating to their operations. She assists clients in the context of commercial and transactional negotiations, helping them ensure compliance with competition law.
Marie advises a diverse client base comprising French and international companies across various sectors, including the chemical industry, retail distribution and agri-food.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2025, Marie developed her competition law expertise at leading international law firms (Latham & Watkins, Mayer Brown). Before joining BORREL d’ARCHE, Marie also completed an internship in the legal department of Engie.
