
Inès KABBAJ AZIFAR is an associate at the firm BORREL d’ARCHE, which she joined in 2026.
She practices competition law, distribution law and commercial litigation.
Inès has developed expertise in distribution law and in commercial negotiations. She advises the firm’s clients on structuring their distribution networks (selective, exclusive and franchise networks), on conducting their annual commercial negotiations, and on bringing their supplier-distributor relationships into compliance with the framework arising from the EGALIM laws. She handles the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts (general terms and conditions of sale, annual single agreements (“conventions uniques”), distribution agreements and partnership agreements), as well as the management of relations with the DGCCRF (the French Directorate General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).
Inès also advises the firm’s clients on issues relating to restrictive and anticompetitive practices, as well as on matters of unfair competition and free riding (“parasitism”).
Member of the Paris Bar since 2026, Inès has developed expertise in competition and distribution law within several leading French and international law firms (Vogel & Vogel, Gide, DLA Piper).
