biography

Melanie DINH joined the firm as an associate in 2024, after completing an initial internship there in 2020.

Mélanie’s expertise covers all issues encountered by economic operators in the course of their commercial activities, particularly in competition law, distribution law, and consumer law, in various sectors such as agri-food, pharmaceutical, industrial, and digital sectors.

Mélanie also assists the firm’s clients in structuring and organizing their distribution networks, ensuring that their practices comply with applicable regulations, whether they are selective, exclusive, or franchise networks. In this capacity, Mélanie actively participates in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including sales contracts, distribution agreements, service contracts, or strategic partnerships.

Career history

Member of the Paris Bar since 2024, Melanie gained experience in competition and distribution law at renowned law firms (Linklaters, UGGC Avocats, Dethomas Peltier, Juvigny & Associés, JDB Avocats).

Melanie has also experienced the working of institutions through an internship within the Independent Administrative Authority “Défenseur des Droits”, as well as in jurisdiction within the 5th Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal.
