Olivia intervenes for companies in the agribusiness industry with the negotiation of their annual contracts, and draft of their general terms and conditions of sale.
Olivia also intervenes in commercial litigation and restrictive practices such as the sudden termination of commercial relations in the automotive industry, or unfair commercial in the wine and spirits industry.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Olivia specializes in competition, and distribution law as well as on commercial litigation.
Before joining BORREL d’ARCHE, Olivia has acquired experience in French law firms specialized in antitrust and regulatory (Magenta). Olivia also did internships in the legal departments of energy companies (EDF/Enedis).
