Olivia GIANNINI has been an associate at BORREL d’ARCHE since 2022, where she mainly practices competition law, distribution law, and commercial litigation.
Olivia has gained significant experience in anticompetitive practices (cartels and abuse of dominant position) by being involved, from the moment she joined the firm, in high-profile cases before the Competition Authority (Bisphenol A and Electrical Equipment). Olivia’s expertise also extends to restrictive competition practices (sudden termination, significant imbalance). She is also involved in matters of unfair and parasitic competition, assisting the firm’s clients in the prevention and management of such disputes.
Olivia also assists the firm’s clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts (general terms and conditions of sale, annual contracts, selective or exclusive distribution agreements, partnership agreements). She is also involved in the structuring and management of distribution networks, particularly in the agribusiness industry.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2022, Olivia has acquired experience in French law firms specialized in antitrust and regulatory (Magenta), and in the legal departments of energy companies (EDF/Enedis).
